Nikon Eclipse Ti2提供了前所未見的大視野範圍(Field of view=25mm),讓您的科研級sCMOS相機視野範圍不再大材小用,且讓高通量擷取影像更快速。因應對超高解析影像 (Super resolution)的顯微鏡需求,Nikon Ti2更特別加強了穩定性,降低影像飄移(drift),且大幅提升了軟體對於控制硬體的功能,來達到高速影像的要求。另外Nikon Ti2獨特的智能感知導引功能,透過圖像化的介面,當操作錯誤時能及時提醒使用者。為了實驗的重現性及品質,每個感知元件皆能在擷取影像中自動記錄,再搭配Nikon強大的擷取及分析軟體Nikon NIS-Elements,全新革命性的影像體驗就此展開。

A.突破性的視野範圍:

當市面上的大片幅sCMOS影像擷取系統陸續推出,傳統的18mm視野範圍無法放入所有範圍的影像而犧牲掉邊界的影像,且影像邊緣會出現暗角。為了改進上述缺點,Nikon推出Ti2系列,使用者可真正利用空前的25mm拍照大視野範圍,提升了觀察尺度。另外,較大的視野讓您花較少的時間,提升了拼圖速度,滿足更快的影像擷取以及高通量分析的需求。

A-1: 提升全視野的明亮度

在拍攝高倍DIC或是拼圖的過程中,是否曾受到亮度不均而感到困擾?
Nikon Ti2搭配獨家專利Fly-eye技術,提供高功率的LED燈源,確保在大視野範圍觀察下的亮度平均。

螢光的大視野範圍觀察也兼顧到了亮度,Ti2可選購搭配石英fly-eye鏡片,提供全波段光譜包含紫外光更高的穿透率。

A-2. 直徑加大的觀察模式

為了因應25mm大視野的成像孔洞,觀察光路直徑也隨之增加。比起傳統顯微鏡幾乎可增加2倍的視野範圍,讓使用者搭配大感光元件CMOS時能有最佳的表現。

A-3. 提供更大視野的物鏡組

Nikon Apo的物鏡有優異的平場校正功能提供高品質的影像,Apo OFN25系列提供較大的視野範圍讓使用者能更快獲得影像。

B-2 DIC 微分干涉相位差

Nikon考量使用DIC影像需要高解析度和高對比的可見光細胞表面影像,因此設計出每顆DIC物鏡皆有搭配專屬的DIC模組片,達到最高品質的效果。

B-3 NAMC (Nikon Advanced Modulation Contrast)

Nikon獨有技術可用塑膠底容器即可帶有立體感成像,尤其是透明樣本及卵子。NAMC可提供3D的立體效果,對比度則可簡單的被調整。

B-4 螢光影像技術

Nikon λ系列物鏡使用奈米晶體鍍膜技術,降低光線的反射,提高螢光的穿透率。對於低螢光訊號的樣本和需多色螢光激發的樣本的觀察有極大幫助。再搭配Ti2新型的濾片,對於目前單分子影像及光激發應用實驗上更有強化效果。

C:Intelligent Assist Guide 智能協助指引 (Ti2-E/A)

有了智能協助指引幫助使用者無須記住冗長的校正及操作步驟,減少使用上的錯誤,維持實驗的再現性。

C-1 顯微鏡狀態的連續展現

透過內建的感知偵測器,所有當您在擷取影像的資訊皆被記錄下來,因此可以輕鬆地得知實驗操作的參數及操作錯誤通知。除此之外,內建感知的照相機可提供相位差、DIC、雷射校正引導。

實驗進行中但顯微鏡有校正或操作問題怎麼辦?
新的Ti2提供操作引導精靈幫助使用者即時除錯導引與校正提示。
提供步驟的引導教學,幫助使用者自行進行校正程序,可透過電腦或是平板來觀看校正介面,進而連線顯微鏡校正。
